RENTAL POLICY
1. Purpose
This Agreement establishes the terms under which the Lessor rents vintage items ("Goods") to the Lessee for resale purposes.
2. Term of Rental
The rental term will commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of the term, unless terminated earlier as specified herein.
3. Rental Fees
The Lessee agrees to pay the full retail price of the Goods upon rental. Rental fees are due on the first day of each month during the Term.
4. Conditions for Damage and Late Returns
- If the Goods are returned damaged, stained, or show visible wear that exceeds normal washing, the Lessee will be charged the full retail price of the item.
- If the Goods are returned late, the Lessee will incur a charge of $ 100 per day for each day the item is overdue.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit of is required from the Lessee, refundable upon return of the Goods in their original condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
6. Condition of Goods
The Goods are provided in "as-is" condition. The Lessee acknowledges having inspected the Goods and accepts them as satisfactory. The Goods must be returned in the same condition as received.
7. Use of Goods
The Goods are to be used solely for resale by the Lessee and must not be used for any unauthorized purposes. Alterations, modifications, or repairs to the Goods are prohibited without prior written consent from the Lessor.
8. Insurance
The Lessee agrees to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the Goods against theft, damage, or loss during the Term of this Agreement.
9. Indemnification
The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, handling, or resale of the Goods.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 4 days' written notice in the event of a breach of any terms herein. All Goods must be returned per the conditions set forth in this Agreement upon termination.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
12. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
- Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Every purchase is final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please be aware that, unless otherwise noted, the majority of the curated items we offer for sale are in good condition. To display quality, we photograph each item as best we can.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once products are ordered and paid in full, items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the purchase date. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

The AJW ARCHIVES mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by AJW ARCHIVES (“AJW ARCHIVES”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to AJW ARCHIVES’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of AJW ARCHIVES through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with AJW ARCHIVES. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18446995371 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other AJW ARCHIVES mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
